These Terms (“Terms”) govern your use of the Daily Peptide mobile application (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1) The Service
Daily Peptide is a personal tracking and organization tool that helps you create reminders, log information you choose to track, and view summaries of your entries.
No medical advice: The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Any calculations or outputs are provided for informational and organizational purposes only.
2) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service.
By creating an account or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. Accounts created in violation of this requirement may be suspended or terminated.
3) Accounts
You are responsible for:
keeping your login credentials secure
maintaining the accuracy of information you submit
all activity that occurs under your account
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
4) Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt services
reverse engineer or tamper with the App
use the App for unlawful activity
use support communication features to send unlawful, abusive, harassing, or malicious content.
5) User Content and Data
Users may input and manage data within the application. All user data is securely stored and synchronized using cloud infrastructure as part of the core functionality of the Service.
Data synchronization is required to enable account access, data persistence, and availability across sessions and devices. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to this data processing and storage.
6) Third-Party Services
The App may rely on third-party services (for example: authentication, data hosting, crash reporting). Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms.
7) Subscriptions / Paid Features
Daily Peptide offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock additional features and functionality within the App.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Subscription pricing and available plans are displayed inside the App before purchase.
8) Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we do not guarantee the accuracy of user-entered data or any automated estimates.
The App may include AI-powered features that generate automated summaries, analyses, suggestions, or organizational insights based on user-provided information. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for specific situations. Users are responsible for independently evaluating any AI-generated output before relying on it.
9) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the App.
10) Termination and Deletion
You may stop using the App at any time and request account deletion using the in-app delete option. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable period, subject to legal requirements and security needs.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Users are responsible for managing and canceling subscriptions through their respective platform account settings before deleting their account.
11) Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
