These Terms (“Terms”) govern your use of the Daily Peptide mobile application (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1) The Service
Daily Peptide is a personal tracking and organization tool that helps you create reminders, log information you choose to track, and view summaries of your entries.
No medical advice: The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Any calculations or outputs are provided for informational and organizational purposes only.
2) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service.
By creating an account or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. Accounts created in violation of this requirement may be suspended or terminated.
3) Accounts
You are responsible for:
keeping your login credentials secure
maintaining the accuracy of information you submit
all activity that occurs under your account
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
4) Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt services
reverse engineer or tamper with the App
use the App for unlawful activity
5) User Content and Data
Users may input and manage data within the application. All user data is securely stored and synchronized using cloud infrastructure as part of the core functionality of the Service.
Data synchronization is required to enable account access, data persistence, and availability across sessions and devices. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to this data processing and storage.
6) Third-Party Services
The App may rely on third-party services (for example: authentication, data hosting, crash reporting). Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms.
7) Subscriptions / Paid Features
Daily Peptide is currently free to use and does not offer paid digital content, subscriptions, or external purchase links. If we introduce paid digital features in the future, they will be offered through the platform’s in-app purchase system and any pricing/terms will be shown inside the app before purchase.
8) Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we do not guarantee the accuracy of user-entered data or any automated estimates.
9) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the App.
10) Termination and Deletion
You may stop using the App at any time and request account deletion using the in-app delete option. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable period, subject to legal requirements and security needs.
11) Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
